F 580 S FOOD progressive cavity pump

The F 580 S FOOD progressive cavity pump enables the controlled transfer of highly viscous media from IBCs. In the bearing flange version with a helical gear motor, the speed can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate temperature and viscosity. The system allows for easy disassembly for cleaning and precise filling via weighing technology.

Process Flow

From the IBC to rapid filling in four steps

1. Position the pump

The eccentric screw pump is installed on the IBC and prepared for the pumping process.

2. Start the grant

The helical gear motor drives the pump and enables continuous delivery of the syrup.

3. Monitor the fill volume

The mixing tank sits on a scale, allowing for controlled dosing. 

4. Clean the unit

The pump can be disassembled in just a few simple steps and cleaned hygienically. 

Flexible adaptation to the medium

The speed of the helical gear motor can be adjusted to account for temperature and viscosity. This ensures that the conveying process remains stable and efficient, even when product properties fluctuate significantly.
