RMA Returns

 Dear Business Partner,

FLUX pumps and accessories may, by their very nature, be contaminated with hazardous substances and substances harmful to health.

To ensure that returns are processed safely and efficiently, please follow our RMA procedure:

Step 1: Preparing the shipment and declaring the goods

  • Empty and decontaminate the product if it has come into contact with substances classified under GHS as harmful to health, hazardous to the environment, toxic, corrosive or flammable. Please note that we cannot accept products contaminated with radioactive or biological substances for repair.
  • Carefully complete the FLUX Declaration Of Decontamination, available for download, and upload it to our website along with the relevant safety data sheets and, where applicable, handling instructions to request a return authorisation number (RMA).
  • Send us the RMA request together with the attachments.

Step 2: Receipt of RMA consignment note

  • You will receive an RMA consignment note from FLUX within 1–2 working days.

Step 3: Labelling the goods and delivery

  • Pack the product carefully.
  • Please attach the RMA consignment note clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
  • Please also attach the signed decontamination declaration and the safety data sheet to the outside of the parcel in a clearly visible and protected manner (e.g. in a delivery note pocket) to ensure safe transport and safe receipt of the goods.
  • Send the goods to FLUX carriage paid and adequately insured within 5 working days of receiving the RMA number.

Step 4: Inspection, Clarification, Processing

  • Once FLUX has received and inspected the goods, we will contact you to agree on the next steps. For returns for repair, you will receive a quotation for approval, unless you have granted us prior approval on the RMA form.

Please also note the following:

  • We cannot process goods received without an RMA number, a decontamination declaration or a safety data sheet. We will have to return these to you unprocessed.
  • Please use the allocated RMA number only for those products that you have registered for return.
  • If the return is due to visible transport damage, please report this immediately and also notify the relevant transport company.
  • For returns for a credit note resulting from incorrect orders, we will charge a flat-rate fee to cover the costs of inspection, reprocessing (where applicable) and repackaging of the products. In this context, please understand that we must exclude certain products, such as pre-assembled hoses or custom-made parts, from return. This does not apply to recognised warranty claims.
