Process Flow

From starting the pump to decanting in three steps.

1. Position the pump

The barrel pump is inserted directly into the barrel or container containing liquid cocoa butter.

2. Start the transfer process

The motor drives the pump, which continuously feeds the cocoa butter into the process tank.

3. Disassemble and clean the pump

After use, the pump is quickly and almost entirely disassembled without tools and sterilized.
