Submersible Centrifugal Pumps
Submersible centrifugal pumps are used wherever high flow rates, continuous operation, or great submersion depths are required. The 600 and 700 series pump and circulate aggressive and solids-laden media—from IBCs to process baths to large tanks over four meters deep.
Available in PP, PVDF, and stainless steel, they handle flow rates up to 74 m³/h and viscosities up to 2,500 mPas.
Applications
Typical applications and areas of use for FLUX submersible centrifugal pumps.
Electroplating and surface treatment
Circulate and filter anodizing baths, pickling baths, and electroplating solutions—seal-free with the 700 Series.
Chemical Industry
Convey aggressive acids, alkalis, and salts—in PP, PVDF, or stainless steel.
Tall tanks without a bottom opening
Submersion depths of up to 4,100 mm with the 600 Series—for tanks that conventional pumps cannot reach.
Media containing solids
Fibers, slurries, and turbid fluids—Series 600 to 2,500 mPas viscosity.
Paints and Varnishes
Pumping and circulating water-based paints and coatings – Series 600 in PP and PVDF.
Water and Wastewater Technology
Industrial wastewater and contaminated process water—chemically resistant in PP and PVDF.
Mobile Support
Varying application sites and container sizes – the 600 Series for canisters, IBCs, and tanks.

¹ Maximum flow rate is a test value measured with water at 20 °C at the pump discharge connection without accessories (hose, dispensing nozzle, flow meter). The achievable flow rate in practice is lower and depends on the specific application, medium properties, and pump configuration. Values apply to the axial rotor version unless stated otherwise.
