Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump FDM 10

For flow rates up to 40 l/min

The FDM 10 air-operated diaphragm pump reliably transfers low- to high-viscosity liquids at flow rates of up to 40 l/min.

Its molded design is self-priming, dry-run safe, and capable of handling abrasive liquids, solids-containing media, and fluids with a high gas content.

Features

  • Spray-Coated Version
  • Self-priming when dry
  • Protected against dry running
  • Flow rate adjustable via air pressure
  • No bypass required
  • Floodable pump design
  • Forced reversal for safe restart
  • Oil-free operation
  • Control valve is insensitive to contaminants in the air
  • Housing made of conductive acetal, polypropylene, or PVDF
  • Also available in an Ex-rated version

Advantages

  • Reliably pumps abrasive, corrosive, and viscous fluids
  • Enables infinitely variable operation via air pressure
  • Operates without clogging, even without an additional bypass
  • Starts reliably from any shutdown position
  • Reduces maintenance requirements thanks to oil-free operation
  • Ensures a long service life in industrial applications
  • Suitable for flammable media in the appropriate Ex-rated version
  • Remains safe to operate even when contaminants are present in the compressed air

Media Examples

  • Alcohols in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Gasoline
  • Chlorine bleach
  • Cleaning agents
  • Pickling solutions
  • Wastewater
  • Abrasive media
  • Corrosive media
  • Highly flammable media
