Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump FDM 07

For flow rates up to 20 l/min

The FDM 07 air-operated diaphragm pump reliably transfers low- to high-viscosity liquids at flow rates of up to 20 l/min. Its molded design is self-priming, dry-run safe, and suitable for liquids containing solids, entrained gases, or abrasive particles.

Features

  • Injected Version
  • For viscosities up to 15,000 mPas
  • Dry-run-proof and self-priming
  • 100% start-up reliable
  • Solid particle sizes up to 1.6 mm
  • Low air consumption
  • Connections on both suction and discharge sides feature both internal and external threads
  • Alternative connection positions for suction and discharge sides
  • Housing made of conductive acetal or polypropylene
  • Also available in an explosion-proof version

Advantages

  • Reliably pumps abrasive, corrosive, and viscous fluids
  • Operates oil-free, thereby reducing maintenance requirements
  • Starts up reliably even when dry
  • Handles media with a high gas content
  • Supports flexible installation scenarios through alternative connection positions
  • Reduces compressed air consumption thanks to its energy-efficient design
  • Reduces operating noise thanks to an integrated silencer
  • Suitable for flammable media in the appropriate explosion-proof version
