Task
Filling of metalworking oil and mineral oils from stacked IBCs into 10-, 20-, and 60-liter canisters as well as 200-liter drums. Since the IBCs are stacked on top of one another, access from above is not possible—the oil is dispensed exclusively through the bottom outlet.
Requirements
- Filling via bottom outlet
- Use without top access
- Handles flexible container sizes
- Reproducible filling volumes
Solution in Detail
The F 430 TR drum pump, installed in a dry-setup configuration, is mounted on the bottom outlet. In combination with a flow meter, FLUXTRONIC®, and a switching amplifier, preselectable, automated filling is performed at the push of a button.
