The Battery Motor FBM 4100 combines mains-powered performance with genuine mobility and smart functions. Batch filling for repeatable dosing and Dry-run protection to protect the pump and seal. With no cables to lay and no need for a power socket, it can also be used outdoors in demanding conditions.

The motor is brushless, maintenance-free, has an output of 420 watts and its speed is adjustable. It is designed for worldwide use and, thanks to adapters, is also compatible with drum pumps from other manufacturers. Two 18V 4.0 Ah batteries ensure a particularly long runtime.

High delivery quantity per battery charge

The true performance of a battery motor is demonstrated by the delivery quantity per battery charge. The FBM 4100 delivers significantly more endurance here – both when running freely and under real conditions in a set with a hose and hand nozzle.

It empties 28 × 200-litre drums at 10,000 rpm and free flow or 11 × 200-litre drums at 8,500 rpm in a set with a 2-metre hose and hand nozzle.

*Determined with water (20 °C) at free outlet (directly at the pressure connector), maximum flow rate measurement. Tolerance: ± 10 %. Example (approx. 10,000 rpm): 5,500 l in 32 min → approx. 28 × 200 l drums or 5.6 IBCs. Measurement configuration: F 430 PP 50/38 (pump tube). Note: The values refer to the above setup and are for comparison purposes only. Other media, temperatures or configurations (e.g. hose length/diameter, fittings) will produce different results.

Batch filling

The intelligent batch filling function allows filling processes to be repeated at the touch of a button and ensures accurate filling without external devices.

Dry-run protection

When this patent-pending feature is activated, the motor detects when the container is empty and automatically switches off. This reliably protects the pump from damage caused by dry running and extends its service life.

LED lighting

At the touch of a button, LED lighting can be switched on to clearly show the fill level in the container.

Interface for peripheral devices

External devices such as start/stop buttons or even the FLUXTRONIC^® for direct motor control can be conveniently connected via the interface. In addition, the FBM 4100 Pro can serve as a 24 V power source for peripheral devices. Thanks to this smart solution, additional components such as switched-mode amplifiers are often unnecessary.
