Standard motor Gearmotor 3 kW, 230–460 V, 50–60 Hz, IP 55, IE3; 257 rpm at 50 Hz, 311 rpm at 60 Hz
Stainless steel motor Geared motor 3 kW, IP 69K; 217 rpm at 50 Hz, 262 rpm at 60 Hz
Control Motor protection switch or frequency converter; optional limit switch and external start/stop function
Compressed air 6–8 bar, dry, for extending the follow-up plate
Lifting/Lowering Drive Maintenance-free lead-acid battery, 24 V / 9 Ah; charges during operation when connected to the mains

All performance values are application-dependent. The final design is determined based on the medium, viscosity, temperature, drum geometry, and desired delivery distance.

Operation and Performance Control

Motor protection switch or frequency converter: The control system is selected based on the required conveying capacity and integration into the process. Both options are mounted directly on the mobile system.

Motor protection switch: Simple on/off control, approx. 50 l/min*

The motor protection switch is used to switch the motor on and off at a fixed motor speed.

  • Direct and simple operation at the system
  • Fixed motor speed
  • Suitable for applications requiring a constant flow rate
  • Protection and isolation via the main switch

Frequency converter: Variable speed control, approx. 70 l/min*

The frequency inverter enables the motor to be started and stopped and its speed to be adjusted to suit the fluid and process.

  • Infinitely variable motor speed adjustment
  • Start and stop directly from the control panel
  • Can be combined with an optional limit switch
  • External start/stop function available for automated processes

Dimensions and Installation

The more compact extended height facilitates integration into production areas with limited headroom. The exact height depends on the selected motor model.

Total length approx. 1,300 mm
Inner chassis width approx. 890 mm
Overall width approx. 970 mm
Height (retracted) approx. 1,980 mm
Extended height (standard motor) max. approx. 2,707 mm
Extended height (stainless steel motor) max. approx. 2,805 mm
Lift height over drum approx. 1,066 mm

Dimensions are in millimeters and are approximate. For specific system planning, refer to the current technical data sheet or the approved dimensional drawing.

Also pumps media that do not flow on their own

VISCOFLUX mobile HF was developed for applications in which high-viscosity media need to be pumped more quickly from 200-liter drums.

Tomato paste

Example value: approx. 50 l/min with a motor protection switch.

Caramel Paste

Depending on the configuration, flow rates of up to 70 l/min are possible.

Creams and Pastes

Low speeds for gentle handling.

Drums with liners

Small residual quantities, even with aseptic bags.
