The F 560 GS progressive cavity pump with gearbox enables pulsation-free, gentle transfer of highly viscous and foaming soaps. Its compact design facilitates use in production environments. When combined with the FMO flow meter and FLUXTRONIC®, it creates a semi-automatic filling system for reproducible quantities.

Process Flow

From the IBC to precise filling in just a few steps.

1. Position the pump

The compact unit is installed directly on the IBC or, alternatively, as a TR version at the outlet.

2. Start the grant

The eccentric screw pump starts up and delivers the fluid continuously and without pulsations.

3. Gently convey the medium

Low shear forces prevent foaming and ensure product quality.

4. Measure out exact quantities

Flow meters and control systems enable the consistent filling of identical volumes.
