F 430 PP – Container Pump for High Head

For delivery heads up to 32 mWS

The F 430 PP 100/50 container pump, made of polypropylene, was specially developed for higher delivery heads and pressures. Instead of a rotor, it is equipped with an impeller in a pump housing.

When combined with the high-performance FLUX motors, it delivers significantly higher pressure—up to over 3 bar—at flow rates of up to 40 l/min, compared to drum pumps with semi-axial rotors. This makes it particularly suitable for pumping fluids from, for example, IBCs and other containers into higher-elevation piping systems or from IBC storage areas in basements to upper floors.

Features

  • For media such as acids and alkalis, as well as nearly all low-viscosity, neutral liquids
  • With a mechanical seal for sealing the inner tube
  • Inner tube with metal core
  • For IBCs, in combination with high-performance motors
  • When used in an IBC, the IBC lid with screw connection is recommended

Advantages

  • Provides a significantly greater head compared to pumps with a semi-axial impeller (Z-impeller) in the range up to 40 l/min
  • Enables the transfer of fluids from an IBC storage area in the basement up to higher floors
  • Ideal for pumping fluids into an elevated piping system
  • Can be used as a supply pump for piping networks, e.g., for feeding process water
  • The inner tube, reinforced with a metal core, is unique. It ensures full functionality of the mechanical seal across all operating temperature ranges, thereby preventing leaks and unnecessary wear

Media Examples

  • Acids
  • Alkalis
  • Media that are difficult to ignite
  • Neutral media
  • Low-viscosity media

Note: Specific suitability depends on the selected material, seal, and motor configuration.

F 430 PP

The F 430 PP container pump is available for 1,000-liter IBCs and in various immersion depths. The selection depends primarily on the height of the container and the required delivery head.

Technical Specifications

Feature Specification
Maximum flow rate 105 l/min¹
Maximum head 32 mWS²
Viscosity min. 1 mPas to max. 105 mPas²
Immersion depth 1,000, 1,200, or 1,500 mm
Outer Tube Material Polypropylene
Seal with mechanical seal
Media / Fluids Acids, alkalis, low-flammability media, neutral media, low-viscosity media

Pumping principle Impeller in pump housing

¹ The maximum flow rate is a test bench value measured with water at 20 °C at the pump’s discharge port, without attachments such as hoses, dispensing nozzles, or flow meters. The flow rate that can be achieved in practice is lower and depends on the specific application, the properties of the fluid, and the pump configuration.

² Depends on pump model, motor, and fluid.
