Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump RFM 10

For flow rates up to 30 l/min

The FLUX RFM 10 air-operated diaphragm pump in solid-body design is self-priming and dry-run safe. It reliably transfers low- to high-viscosity liquids containing solid particles.

The pump is also suitable for handling abrasive media, flammable liquids, and fluids with a high gas content.

Features

  • Solid construction
  • Virtually diffusion-tight due to its thick-walled construction
  • Durable even at high pressures thanks to composite membranes
  • Version with flap valve available
  • Very long service life even with abrasive media
  • Quiet / low-noise
  • Composite diaphragm with integrated metal core
  • Easily accessible control valve without seals

Advantages

  • Protected against dry running and overload
  • Self-priming
  • Resistant to solids
  • Infinitely adjustable via air flow
  • Very high chemical resistance
  • Designed for high-temperature applications
  • Long diaphragm service life due to short stroke
  • FDA-certified versions available

Media Examples

  • Highly Concentrated Sodium Hypochlorite
  • Chlorine-containing media
  • Wastewater from industrial hardening machines
  • Solvent mixtures
  • Pickling baths
