The New FLUX Website

Find spare parts, products, and documents faster

August 2026

We are pleased to present our newly redesigned website. Since early July, it has offered numerous new features that help you find the right solution for your application even faster. These include a handy spare parts finder that matches the right wear parts directly to your pump, new industry and application pages, filterable product lists, and detailed comparison tables.

  • Improved search with faster full-text search
  • New product filters that let you filter by industry and medium
  • Spare Parts Finder: Direct search by serial number
  • Technical Know-How & Downloads: Consolidates all documents
  • Expanded FAQ: All answers in one place

When selecting a pump, people rarely search by product name.

Instead, they look for a specific fluid, viscosity, head, or certification—or for the right replacement part for a pump that’s been in service for years. The redesigned flux-pumps.com is structured around these needs.

Spare Parts Without Going Through Sales

The new spare parts finder directly matches wear and replacement parts to the respective pump. Using the exploded view with part numbers, users can identify the required part, open the corresponding data sheet, and submit a request directly from the view; the section is linked from the homepage and the product pages. The previous process—searching for a part number in a bill of materials, sending an email to sales, and waiting for a response—is thus eliminated in most cases. FLUX supplies replacement parts for up to 20 years after purchase; accordingly, older model series are also included in the database.

From Use Case to the Right Solution

When selecting new products, the path leads through the application rather than the catalog.

  • Industry pages describe the respective requirements for materials, approvals, and handling; the application pages categorize products by intended use—pumping, emptying, mixing, filling, dosing—and provide specific product recommendations for typical tasks.
  • Real-world application reports also demonstrate what has proven effective in comparable cases: the initial situation, the technology used, and the result. A requirement such as “high-viscosity medium, hygiene-critical environment, drum emptying” can thus be narrowed down to a manageable selection in just a few steps.

Filter and Compare

The recommendation is narrowed down to a specific selection via the product lists: filterable by medium, viscosity, head, flow rate, and certifications, including 3-A, FOOD, and ATEX. Detailed comparison tables then present the models within a series side by side, highlighting the differences in viscosity range, drive, materials, and approvals—allowing you to make an informed decision between two models rather than relying on guesswork.

Documents, FAQs, and Downloads

Data sheets, catalogs, operating instructions, declarations of conformity, and certificates are available in the Download section and also directly on the respective product page—no registration required. Frequently asked questions are organized by topic and product in the FAQ section; the Knowledge & Technology section explains the underlying principles, ranging from pump principles to material selection and explosion protection.

Returns and Contact

Returns can be requested using a step-by-step online form, which includes the option to upload documents. Contact options are also organized by topic: Inquiries regarding sales, service, or process pumps are forwarded to the appropriate department via a short form.

What's Next

The relaunch is a starting point, not an end in itself: content will be added on an ongoing basis, and additional features and sections will be introduced gradually. All content remains freely accessible—no registration or login required. Please send feedback on the new website, missing documents, or replacement parts that cannot be identified to verkauf@flux-pumpen.de.

New Technical Foundation

Behind the relaunch is a new content management system with integrated product data management. For users, this means faster loading times, a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and smartphone, and consistent product data—from the overview page to the data sheet.

Existing Customers: Links and Documents

Existing bookmarks will be redirected; in some cases, a page may be located in a new place within the site structure. If you can’t find a document right away, the fastest way to locate it is through the search function or the download section. The relaunch does not affect the ordering and service process itself—contact persons and ongoing processes remain unchanged.

For Sales Partners and Retailers

For partners who advise their customers on FLUX products, three points are particularly relevant:

  • Application reports and comparison tables can be used as a basis for customer consultations.
  • The spare parts finder allows you to identify a part even if only the model series of the installed pump is known.
  • All documents are accessible without logging in, so links can be shared directly with customers or included in bid documents.
