Documents, FAQs, and Downloads
Data sheets, catalogs, operating instructions, declarations of conformity, and certificates are available in the Download section and also directly on the respective product page—no registration required. Frequently asked questions are organized by topic and product in the FAQ section; the Knowledge & Technology section explains the underlying principles, ranging from pump principles to material selection and explosion protection.
Returns and Contact
Returns can be requested using a step-by-step online form, which includes the option to upload documents. Contact options are also organized by topic: Inquiries regarding sales, service, or process pumps are forwarded to the appropriate department via a short form.
What's Next
The relaunch is a starting point, not an end in itself: content will be added on an ongoing basis, and additional features and sections will be introduced gradually. All content remains freely accessible—no registration or login required. Please send feedback on the new website, missing documents, or replacement parts that cannot be identified to verkauf@flux-pumpen.de.
New Technical Foundation
Behind the relaunch is a new content management system with integrated product data management. For users, this means faster loading times, a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and smartphone, and consistent product data—from the overview page to the data sheet.
Existing Customers: Links and Documents
Existing bookmarks will be redirected; in some cases, a page may be located in a new place within the site structure. If you can’t find a document right away, the fastest way to locate it is through the search function or the download section. The relaunch does not affect the ordering and service process itself—contact persons and ongoing processes remain unchanged.
For Sales Partners and Retailers
For partners who advise their customers on FLUX products, three points are particularly relevant:
- Application reports and comparison tables can be used as a basis for customer consultations.
- The spare parts finder allows you to identify a part even if only the model series of the installed pump is known.
- All documents are accessible without logging in, so links can be shared directly with customers or included in bid documents.
