Task
Viscous dispersion plaster is filled from a production kettle into 10-liter buckets. Filling is performed with precise weight control using a floor scale. The material must be conveyed continuously to ensure the target value is met exactly.
Requirements
- Pumping high-viscosity fluids
- Uniform, controlled conveyance
- Integration into the weighing process
Solution in Detail
The F 550 S progressive cavity pump is installed in the production tank using mounting brackets. It conveys the dispersion plaster through a hose into the bucket. Conveyance is stopped manually as soon as the floor scale reaches the target value.
Result
The pump is positioned inside the production tank by a forklift using a retaining bracket. This allows for flexible use without a permanent installation, and the pumping process can take place directly inside the tank.
