Solution in Detail
The SD air-operated diaphragm pump, in a hygienic design, gently transfers fruit juices containing pulp from the storage tank to the buffer tank. It is self-priming and dry-run-protected, and is suitable for varying operating conditions in food processing.
Result
The pump is made of electropolished 316L stainless steel and features hygienic clamp connections. Thanks to the quick-release fastener, it can be disassembled without tools, enabling quick and thorough cleaning when products change frequently.
