The ESM 0.75/133 IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 6,000 mPas. Its folding KLR3 stainless steel mixing blade provides controlled circulation in the IBC. The fully assembled crossbeam ensures a secure, ready-to-use installation.

The ESM 0.75/133 IBC mixer set is suitable for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 6,000 mPas. Its low mixing speed supports controlled flow conditions in intermediate bulk containers.
The 900 mm ESG63 mixer shaft is made of stainless steel 1.4435. The folding KLR3 mixing blade has three blades and a diameter of 400 mm. It is made of stainless steel 1.4571. The folding design allows the blade to pass through the container opening more easily.
The ESG63 gearbox has a transmission ratio of i = 7. This provides a mixing speed of 133 rpm and a torque of approximately 40 Nm.
A PE protective tube guides the shaft through the IBC lid with a DN150 connection. A sealing flange with an M58 × 2 thread and a PTFE radial shaft seal seal the shaft entry.
The 0.75 kW three-phase motor has an IP55 protection rating and meets efficiency class IE3. The motor protection switch with emergency stop button is mounted and wired on the IBC crossbeam. The electrical connection is provided by a five-metre PUR cable with a CEE16 plug.
The complete IBC mixer set weighs 40 kg.
