The EHM 1.1/6-RT IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 2,500 mPas. Its 850 mm PE-coated mixer shaft is fitted with a three-bladed DRK 200 mixing blade made of glass-fibre-reinforced PP. The fully assembled IBC crossbeam provides secure mounting on the container.

The EHM 1.1/6-RT IBC mixer set is suitable for mixing and homogenising liquids in standard 1,000-litre IBCs. It is designed for media with viscosities up to approximately 2,500 mPas.
The 850 mm mixer shaft is made of steel with a PE coating. The DRK 200 mixing blade has three blades and a diameter of 200 mm. It is made of glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene.
The set provides a circulation capacity of approximately 3.8 m³/min, based on water. This supports even mixing throughout the container.
A PE protective tube guides the shaft through the IBC lid with a DN150 connection. A PP sealing flange and a PTFE radial shaft seal seal the shaft entry.
The 1.1 kW three-phase motor operates at 3 × 400 V and 50 Hz. It has an IP55 protection rating and meets efficiency class IE3. The motor protection switch with on/off buttons is mounted on the side of the base plate. Electrical connection is provided by a five-metre PUR cable with a CEE16 plug and phase inverter.
The fully assembled IBC crossbeam secures the mixer to the container. The complete set weighs approximately 34 kg.
