The EHM 0.75/6-RT IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 2,000 mPas. Its 850 mm PE-coated mixer shaft is fitted with a three-bladed DRK 175 mixing blade made of glass-fibre-reinforced PP. The protective tube, sealing flange and IBC lid form a coordinated unit for container use.

The EHM 0.75/6-RT IBC mixer set is suitable for mixing and homogenising liquids in intermediate bulk containers. It is designed for media with viscosities up to approximately 2,000 mPas.
The 850 mm mixer shaft is made of steel with a PE coating. The DRK 175 mixing blade has three blades and a diameter of 175 mm. It is made of glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene.
A PE protective tube guides the mixer shaft through the IBC lid. The tube is 110 mm long and has a diameter of 63 mm. A PP sealing flange with an M58 × 2 thread and a PTFE radial shaft seal seal the shaft entry. The PE IBC lid is designed for a DN150 connection.
The three-phase motor has a rated output of 0.75 kW and operates at 3 × 400 V and 50 Hz. Its motor speed is 1,000 rpm. The motor has an IP55 protection rating and meets efficiency class IE3.
The motor protection switch with on/off buttons is mounted on the side of the base plate. The electrical connection is provided by a five-metre PUR cable with a CEE16 plug and phase inverter.
The complete IBC mixer set weighs 31.5 kg.
