The ESM 1.5/70-RT IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 12,000 mPas. Its folding KLR3 stainless steel mixing blade provides controlled circulation at 70 rpm. The assembled IBC crossbeam ensures secure, ready-to-use installation.

The ESM 1.5/70-RT IBC mixer set is suitable for mixing and homogenising high-viscosity media in standard 1,000-litre IBCs. It is designed for viscosities up to approximately 12,000 mPas.
The 850 mm ESG63 mixer shaft is made of stainless steel 1.4435. The folding KLR3 mixing blade has three blades and a diameter of 400 mm. It is made of stainless steel 1.4571. The folding design allows the blade to pass through the container opening more easily.
The ESG63 gearbox has a transmission ratio of i = 19. This provides a mixing speed of 70 rpm and a torque of approximately 150 Nm. The set can therefore circulate high-viscosity media in a controlled manner.
A PE protective tube guides the shaft through the IBC lid with a DN150 connection. A sealing flange with an M58 × 2 thread and a PTFE radial shaft seal seal the shaft entry.
The 1.5 kW three-phase motor has an IP55 protection rating and meets efficiency class IE3. The motor protection switch with emergency stop button is mounted and wired on the IBC crossbeam. Electrical connection is provided by a five-metre PUR cable with a CEE16 plug.
The complete IBC mixer set weighs approximately 44 kg.
