The EHM 0.55/6-Mo IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising media with viscosities up to approximately 1,500 mPas. The 800 mm mixer shaft with PE coating and the PP DRK 175 mixing blade are configured for use in IBCs. The set is driven by a three-phase motor with a motor protection switch and integrated emergency stop.

Product details
The EHM 0.55/6-Mo IBC mixer set is designed for mixing and homogenising liquids in intermediate bulk containers. It is suitable for media with viscosities up to approximately 1,500 mPas.
The 800 mm mixer shaft is made of steel with a PE coating. Combined with the DRK 175 mixing blade made of polypropylene, the set is suitable for applications requiring plastic wetted components. The mixing blade has a diameter of 175 mm.
The three-phase motor operates at 50 Hz and has an IP55 protection rating. The motor protection switch is mounted directly on the motor. An integrated emergency stop supports safe operation at the container. The electrical connection is provided by a five-metre PUR cable with a CEE16 plug and phase inverter.
An IBC lid with DN150 connection is included. The complete mixer set weighs 13 kg, making it easy to handle at the point of use.
