The MINIFLUX Sanitary pump kit with F 458 motor is suitable for transferring and emptying media from IBCs and other containers with a bottom outlet. Its compact, horizontal design makes the system particularly suitable when the container cannot be accessed from above or is only accessible with considerable effort, or when the natural outlet pressure is insufficient for fast transfer.
The MINIFLUX Sanitary was developed for applications with high hygiene requirements. It is FDA-compliant and suitable for contact with food in accordance with EC 1935/2004. The pump can be dismantled quickly and without tools, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Its low-dead-space design and the absence of lubricated seals reduce the risk of contaminating the pumped medium.
The F 458 commutator motor with an operating voltage of 230–240 V provides reliable pump operation. The kit is suitable, among other applications, for fast filling and for transferring media into containers positioned at a higher level.
