After getting to know each other over breakfast, we dove right into the hands-on portion: The students followed a small project through various departments, giving them a firsthand look at how our processes interlock.
Whether in sales, purchasing, logistics, or production control—there were exciting insights to be gained everywhere. The CAD system and 3D printing were particularly impressive.
To wrap things up, we got even more hands-on in the production area: CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling and deburring, laser cutting, and assembly were all on the agenda.
