Features include dry-run protection and programmable batch filling, which allows for the automatic dispensing of defined quantities. Speed and filling volumes can be set and recalled via a display.
The FBM 4100 is compatible with many FLUX pumps in the F 400 series and thus covers a wide range of liquids—from AdBlue to plant and food products to chemicals. For higher-viscosity media, the motor can be combined with our F 570 series eccentric screw pumps.
An adapter is available as an option, enabling use with pump units from other manufacturers. A single battery charge is sufficient, depending on the set configuration, to empty 11 x 200-liter drums or 2.2 x 1,000-liter IBCs in practice (with hose and dispensing nozzle at 80% speed setting). Depending on the desired model, the motor is supplied with two 18V batteries, a charger, and an optional adapter. Protective covers provide additional protection for the batteries against splashing water and vapors.
The battery-powered motor is available in two protection classes (IP24 with open cooling and IP44 as a sealed version) as well as in Core or Pro models. The Pro version features a 5-pin connector for external start/stop control and a 24 V power supply for direct connection of peripheral devices such as level sensors or flow meters.
Preconfigured sets including a pump, a 2-meter-long delivery hose, and a dispensing nozzle are also available for immediate use.
