VISCOPOWER F 570 with F 457 EL 

The VISCOPOWER F 570 enables the uniform transfer of viscous fruit juice concentrates from IBC containers. In combination with the continuously variable F 457 EL collector motor, precise dosing is achieved. The system can be completely disassembled and is ready for cleaning in a short amount of time. All components in contact with the product comply with FDA and EC 1935/2004 regulations.

Process Flow

Uniform transfer of viscous concentrates in four steps.

1. Position the pump in the IBC

The VISCOPOWER F 570 is placed inside the IBC container and connected to the conveyor system.

2. Start the grant

The motor starts the pumping process and ensures a steady flow without pressure spikes.

3. Adjust the speed

The flow rate is continuously adjusted to accommodate viscosity and process requirements.

4. Clean the system

After decanting, the pump is disassembled and ready for cleaning in about 30 seconds.
