Task

Solution in Detail
An F 550 GS progressive cavity pump with an F 457 commutator motor delivers the silicone oil directly from the drum. The pump operates with low turbulence and at a constant rate. Filling is performed using a floor scale or, alternatively, with a FLUX flow meter and FLUXTRONIC® controller.

The combination of an eccentric screw pump, a flow meter, and FLUXTRONIC® enables precise control of the filling volume. Alternatively, dosing is performed using a floor scale. Both methods ensure reproducible results with high-viscosity media.
