Solution in Detail
An F 550 GS progressive cavity pump conveys the viscous medium from the IBC. In combination with a flow meter and control electronics, the desired quantity is preset and dispensed reproducibly at the push of a button.
Result
The combination of the FMO 104 S flow meter, FLUXTRONIC® evaluation electronics, and switching amplifier enables precise volume preselection. Each filling operation is repeated identically, ensuring uniform filling of all containers.
