Plastics

Various materials for every application

The FLUX range offers different variants for nearly every performance requirement.

PP

PP = Polypropylene
(Synonym Hostalen®)
Used with pumps, housings and hand nozzles

  • Good resistance against aggressive media, acids, alkalis and neutral, non-flammable liquids
  • Available as semi-finished products in tubes and flat material
  • Available as granulate for injection moulding
  • Weldable
  • Colour: grey at the pumps
  • Temperature range up to approx. 50 – 60 °C
PVDF

PVDF = Polyvinylidene fluoride

  • Used with pumps and housings
  • Very good resistance against strong acids and alkalis and neutral, non-flammable liquids
  • Available as semi-finished products in tubes and flat material
  • Available as granulate for injection moulding
  • Weldable
  • Colour: white as the pumps
  • Temperature range up to approx. 80 °C
  • Twice as expensive as PP
PPS

PPS = Polyphenylene sulphide
(Synonym Ryton®)
