With 50 mm diameter outer tube. When using the F 425 drum pump (with mechanical seal to cover inner tube, immersion length 1500 mm), less than 0.05 l of residue is left in a 200-l drum, i.e. a maximum of 0.02 %. The drum pump has a built-in backflow valve which can be closed with ease using two adjusting levers before removing the drum pump from the container. This prevents the medium in the drum pump from flowing back into an emptied drum. This enables optimum use to be made of particularly expensive media and, when working with problematic media, spares the operator additional costs for cleaning drums and disposal. The drum pump is made from polypropylene. In the PP version, the inner tube reinforced with metal core prevents leaks and unnecessary wear to the mechanical seal across all operating temperature ranges. If necessary, the drum pump can be combined with different motors.
