Product details

Thanks to the semi-axial rotor (Z version), the pump is particularly well suited to heavier media (density as of 1.3 kg/dm³), with long pressure lines and greater differences in height. The FP 424 drum pump has no seals in the liquid area and is ideal for pumping a huge range of different low-viscosity and even aggressive media. It is suited to media which flow quickly and don’t harden or crystallise and aren't abrasive. It can be used to empty canisters and hobbocks (immersion length 700 mm). Exclusively from FLUX: The specific design featuring a spiral-shaped guide bearing in the inner tube prevents unwanted deposits in the drum pump and significantly extends the pump’s service life. Radial seals prevent vapours and liquid from entering the coupling area. The drum pump is made from stainless steel and can also be used in areas subject to explosion hazards. If necessary, the drum pump can also be combined with different motors.
