a) Google Analytics 4.0
This website uses Google Analytics 4.0, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), which enables the analysis of website usage.
When using Google Analytics 4.0, so-called “cookies” are used by default. Cookies are text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of a website.
In Google Analytics 4.0, IP address anonymization is enabled by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on your website activities and usage behavior, and to provide us with other services related to your website usage and internet usage.

We use Google Signals. This feature allows Google Analytics to collect additional information about users who have enabled personalized ads in their Google Account and linked their internet-enabled devices to their Google Account. Google Analytics 4.0 can perform cross-device analysis and generate statistics based on this data for remarketing campaigns. You have the option to disable the “personalized ads” feature in your Google Account settings, thereby turning off cross-device analysis in connection with Google Signals. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer

Google Analytics 4.0 also enables the creation of statistics regarding the age, gender, and interests of website users through a special feature called “demographic characteristics,” based on an analysis of interest-based advertising and using third-party information. This makes it possible to identify and distinguish between different user groups on the website for the purpose of tailoring marketing measures to specific target audiences. However, data collected via “demographic characteristics” cannot be attributed to any specific individual and therefore cannot be linked to you personally.
The data collected through the use of Google Analytics 4 is retained for 2 or 14 months and then deleted.
You can also prevent the storage of cookies from the outset by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may result in limited functionality on this and other websites. For
more information on the terms of use for Google Analytics and Google’s privacy policy, please visit marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/
