RMA return shipment
Dear business partner,
FLUX pumps and accessories can be contaminated with hazardous and health-endangering media as intended. In order to be able to process returns safely and quickly, we ask you to follow our RMA process:
Step 1: Please fill out the online RMA form below and send it to us. With the submission you confirm the accuracy of the information.
Step 2: You will receive an RMA consignment note from FLUX within 1-2 working days.
Step 3: Please attach the RMA consignment note clearly visible to the return (if possible on the outer packaging) and send the goods carriage paid and adequately insured to FLUX within 5 working days of receiving the RMA number.
Step 4: After FLUX has received the goods and has assessed them, we will contact you to coordinate the next steps. In the case of returns for repair, you will receive a cost estimate for approval, unless you have given us advance approval in the RMA form.
We also ask you to note:
- We cannot process goods that we receive without an RMA number. We have to send this back to you unprocessed.
- Only use the assigned RMA number for those products that you have registered for return.
- If the reason for the return is recognizable transport damage, please report this immediately and additionally to the responsible transport company.
- For returns for credit, which are based on incorrect orders, we charge a flat fee for diagnosis, possibly reprocessing and repackaging of the products. In this context, please understand that we have to exclude certain products such as prefabricated hoses or customer-specific parts from being returned. Recognized warranty cases are not affected by this.
