FLUX presents the FBM 4100: our powerful and smart battery motor for drum pumps

Its functions include Dry-run protection and programmable batch filling, which allows defined quantities to be metered automatically. The speed and filling quantities can be set and retrieved via a display.
The FBM 4100 is compatible with many FLUX drum and container pumps (series 400) and thus covers a wide range of liquids – from AdBlue to plant and food products to chemicals. For more viscous media, the motor can be combined with our F 570 series progressive cavity pumps.
An adapter is available as an option, enabling use with pumping units from other manufacturers. Depending on the set configuration, one battery charge is sufficient in practice for emptying 11 x 200-litre drums or 2.2 x 1000-litre IBCs (with hose and hand nozzle at 80% speed setting). Depending on the desired version, the Battery Motor is supplied with two 18 V batteries, a charger and an optional adapter. Protective covers provide additional protection for the batteries against splashing water and vapours.
The Battery Motor is available in two protection classes (IP24 with open cooling and IP44 as a closed version) and as a Core or Pro model. The Pro version offers a 5-pin plug connection for external start/stop and a 24 V power supply for direct connection of peripheral devices such as level sensors or flowmeters.
Pre-configured sets with a pump, 2 m long delivery hose and hand nozzle are also available for direct use.
